This week at Mom's Day Out

Good Morning!

 

Welcome back! We hope you all had a great Spring Break.

 

This week we will learn that God made the birds. We will take a close look at how nests are made, listen to different bird sounds and use binoculars to look for a variety of birds. Our color is yellow and our number is 5.

 

In our specials classes we will...

 

Art: study bird parts as we paint, use the color yellow in a variety of ways, and work ahead on a on an upcoming project.

Language Arts/Music: read silly bird books, flap our wings and dance to music, work on our number booklet.

STEM: sort birds into nests, race chicks, and make butter.

 

Next week we will look at insects.
