This week at Mom's Day Out

Good Morning!

 

Last week we had so much fun learning that God created the birds. Our chicks were a big hit, and we hope you enjoyed all the adorable pictures. :)

 

This week we will learn that God made the insects. We will have caterpillars and crickets to observe up close, "bees" to get back to their hive, insect life cycles to talk about, and bug crafts to make. Our number of the week is 6 and our color to wear is red.

 

This Friday is our first ever Hand Me Down Event! On Tuesday and Thursday please bring in any gently used preschool toys, puzzles, games, books, or clothes (including maternity) that you are done with and then on Friday stop by and "shop" for a few "new" items for your household.

 

Next week, on Tuesday and Thursday, we will focus on God's creation of animals. Please remember that Dublin City Schools are closed next Friday and there will be NO MDO.

BY MAY 1st: We ask that each child bring in a 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 picture of themselves with mom for a special Mother's Day art project. These can be handed to the classroom teachers.
